rang Twice, called back and was charged £2.75 for about 10 seconds.
SCAM rang pretending to be BT from a mobile number indian woman claiming that my internet was being used by someone else. I took the phone off the person who answered and hung up. Fed up with scammers trying to rob decent people!

The BeWise insurance company ignore tick boxes stating NO contact - they will contact you regardless. When you tell them to remove your details from their database, they still call the next year. The Ombudsman needs to investigate this company.

Call arrived whilst I was in the republic of Moldova. I work with victims of child-trafficking in that region and my number is only used for emergencies from agencies relating to the subject. Consequently, I tried returning the call with several connections, but the call eventually dropped out. When I returned home discovered I still had to pay for the calls at a rate of GBP£1.27 per connection, plus the same cost for having answered the incoming call! Caveat Emptor!

I was asked if I live in an industrial or noisy area that had affected my hearing. My reply.... " sorry I can t hear you!" and then put the phone down on them! Not the first call I ve had from this number. Another recent one was about playing the football pools!
