Called me twice today. Both times they hung-up a few seconds after I answered, without saying a word.
Pre-recorded message stating that due to unusual activity (whatever that means), my Internet Service Provider is going to suspend my Internet access. Only used for FB, shopping and school work. Sounds like a scam to me.
Automat? Rings then doesn't say anything just disconnects. Obviously trying to get me to ring back. It just gets blocked.
Also, I just tried phoning the number back and it doesn't even exist - so somehow the scammer is making out that they are phoning from a local number to look more legit.

Enjoyed stringing him along, the man from First Response / MIB (Motor Insurance Bureau) I asked if he meant the Men In Black, as he was calling to see if my RTA had been sorted out, I asked which one he was referring to as I said I have had few LOL, he couldn t give the information he was referring to but said in the last 2.5 years. This number rang me today exactly a week after this one 07428478737 as I have no idea who the first one is I have now blocked them both. It is very odd that they ring from the same network which is Three a week apart on the same day using the same beginning numbers. If you ring it back it claims not to be taking calls suggesting some sort of scam. I have reported them as nuisance callers.
