A voice said he was James from Relief Energy who said; "I've been trying to call you for a few days now, actually." Well, nobody has been trying to call me when I was at home, and as I check my phone whenever I've been out, then I know for sure that it's nonsense so I just hung up. Got a phonecall saying that it was eon to arrange an appointment to fit a smart meter he asked if I would pay by direct debit or smart pay as you go when I said pay as you go je said there was a problem with the system and he would call back I contacted eon and they assured me that this is a scam and not one of their numbers

Just hang up as there is no identification to suggest they are real and there are no confirmed names or card details to ensure it is you or your card. All very open to you giving them more information should you decide to press any buttons and engage with them!

A guy called "Henry", thick Indian accent phoning from "Microsoft". I asked him real name and he just swore and hung up. Fake Microsoft scam caller.

Missed call - Missed the call. Rang back out of curiosity and got the message "This number has been suspended through suspected misuse or fraud. If affected call..." and gave the Fraud Line Interestingly, I look at my Blocked Numbers log and I have in the past blocked 0161 636 3721 - 3726, so it must be an allocation bought up by someone dodgy who just flips the outgoing number when it gets burned.
