Be very cautious. This number rang me and activated the voicemail, but it was just silent. There is an "events management" website that invites you to call "Lindsay on this number" for further information, but when I tried to click on "contact" Norton immediately sprung into action and blocked is as being a "fake web page".
This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range 011326500xx just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients. I tried to call the number back but no luck, number not in service - probably one-way gateway of the call centre not allowing inbound calls so you are not able to call them back. Please be extremely careful if you pick up your phone as it’s LOCAL number because I’ve had lots of these calls that I don’t answer & it’s impossible to phone back because you get the number you have Dialled has not been Recognised. It’s definitely a Sophisticated Scamming System.

A Life Insurance company called "We Compare It" - although they shorten the name to try to make you think its the more reputable company with a similar name. Dreadful call centre noise in the background, and then hung up when I asked them to speak more slowly and clearly.
I am from Sri Lanka and this number calls me often from UK. As it seems this number belongs to the City Inn Westminister Hotel, London, which is situated close to Buckingham Palace. This is why I m really curious who this person is.
