Big fraud company. needs to be reported. I was promised to get reduction in rates aand kept calling me to pay for work carried out to reduce my rates. Scam from asian sounding male suposedly working for Virgin Media and claiming that my router was faulty. After getting me to jump through some hoops, told me that I would be getting a new router and £204.56 in compensation. That when I realised it was a scam and they needed my account details which they did not get.
