Seems to be used for some really wide-scope telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 118328xxxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with very sophisticated robocalls, sometimes classical RTA - ''you have been in a car accident'', sometimes Microsoft support - general computer support, in most cases unsolicited. This is an external number very possibly india - set up to come through 0800 exchange - as everyone who has made a comment here re how often they call I suggest if it is virgin media with an offshore call center they need to close it or at least have them able to answer everyones questions and not just repeat their own questions off a printed list - everyone hates annoying pestering calls close it down or do some proper training for ur advertizements / new packages
