This number continually calls claiming to be Scottish Power, who want payment for a final bill. Every call quotes a different figure due. At no point can they tell you the address to which this scam is referring to, but the do try to get you to confirm your address to them. The become agitated and aggressive once they realise that you know it is a scam.

I only called "Studio" cards, as the online ordering is conveniently STILL stopping orders being placed using the website (the continue opetion after selecting payment option DOES NOT WORK. THIS IS A SCAM CALLER. Says he is from BT Openreach but the phone number is Horizon Blinds in Elgin. When I questioned him he used the word federal whicj of course is not used in the UK. Beware of people phoming from this number. I told him he should be ashamed of himself and hung up.
