Automated calling message trying to sell insurance/claims for car accidents

Not a day goes by without a moron calling from this number and asking to speak to a Mr Green. The same person calls on a different number if you block the number they are calling from. They are of course cretins who have little understanding of the simple English word "NO". I leave the phone off the hook and let the idiot babble on at No expense to me . One of those you have had an road traffic accident that is not your fault. I asked were they got my details and they said "road accidents and safety statistics", I then said "surely that data is anonymised", at they she said OK and put the phone down.

They called me several times. The first time I picked it up there was noone speaking and after 5 second they hung up. The second time I just heard an automated message saying the office was already closed and geve time options to call back. this was strange from the beginning. They are AG Legal calling about a car accident they claim I?ve had. Of course I had no car accident. They told me something about money they have for me.. Please, stop it. I?m going to block the number.

I was called several times per day by this number. A silent call. Thorough nuisance. Complained to ofcom.

Rang twice in 5 mins. first time the line went dead, second time was a recorded message about clearing debt.

Just called my mobile. I didn t answer but checked the number online 01225 282329 to see who they were. Found this website and comments. Called them from a landline, immediately explained to person who answered that I d received a missed call, that I d checked them up online and didn t want any further calls, and to remove my mobile number from their calling list. The man who answered was responsive immediately, polite and asked for my mobile number. Fingers crossed ....

Keep getting called by this number and I am ex-directory and never give my home number to anyone. I do not answer this number and they have never left a message. H ever they call at any time on any day of the week repeatedly. I wish there was a way to make them stop.

And me. However, I now realise it is a boat insurance company that I had trouble unsubscribing from emails wise.

Rang a few times - answered but then missed call. As per previous comments, will mark as unsuitable/untrustworthy.

I get at least one call a day from this number. I did answer on the first occasion and the line went dead. Since then I haven t picked up. This is becoming very disruptive and annoying.

Called by a trained chimp who could only loosely be defined as English speaking. Fool wanted to convice me that the call was from microsoft technical support. Advised them to go back to their own country where no one has a computer and where they might have more luck.

Called me twice. Line dead on answering. Probably trying to get me to call back so I incur massive charges.

Caller identified himself as energy savings company in Great Yarmouth, and asked if I was home owner. I told him I d had a call from them a week ago and had said I wasn t interested in solar panels. He then tried to interest me in energy savings from govt scheme for new efficient boilers. Repeatedly offered me a free evaluation which I declined, then he hung up (politely) when he saw he wasn t persuading me.

This was a call from Reassured Insurance, following my request for an online quote. No online quote given but follow up phone calls from a local number in my area. They do not seem to have any office in my local area. I would not deal with a company that uses such tactics.

I was ripped off by a free to enter competition which as taken over ?25 on my mobile account. Why don t mobile stop the payment they must know that this is a scam if not they need telling
