A recorded message informed me that some fairly large debits had been made on my Barclaycard account and that I should press '1' immediately. (I didn't do so.) Checked my Barclaycard account and there is no sign of any such debits. I therefore concluded this was a scam.

Been having loads of calls from 0156 prefixed numbers. All say variations of "you have been a victim of fraud so your phone/broadband/gas/whatever account will be cancelled...
This number has called endlessly. Despite there being an answer machine they never leave a message. I have no idea who they are but want them to stop calling me.

Scammer from a busy office - presumably an army of scammers, trying to lure unsuspecting victimes. "Sky" and "maintenence" confirmed the Scam for sure (& potential fraud). Asian accent - before checking, wondered if from overseas - could be London though. Wonder who's behind such operations - far-right hate-mongers do seem to be funding all sorts of online trolling these days. Fraud 07793889491 Scam pre-recorded voice call pretending to be from Mobile Service Provider (does not mention which one) regarding service termination due to unpaid bills. Obviously a complete SCAM again, probably of Indian origin, as they are using robotic voice pre-recording. Definitely should be BLOCKED and REPORTED.
Indian man with broken English calls to say that he is from BT. He never got a chance to say much else as I can smell scammers at 100yds. I hung up. Number blocked.
