The Caller is Fast Track PPI Claims which is a Company involved in handling PPI Claims. They are genuine - I used a link on Facebook to their site to request a pack, which I got within a few days. They keep calling because I am yet to fill out the paper work (Decided to do it myself)

Scammer. Called advising he was from Microsoft Technical Support and i had a virus on my pc ect. Told me to press windows sign and R and asked what do i see. Told him nothing. Had him going round in circles for 20 minutes before telling him my pc wasnt switched on. Get constant calls from various numbers asking for "the business owner", unfortunately our number was used by a business about 10 years ago and occasionally appears in searches however that business closed down so they are obviously using old lists, but despite repeated attempts to get them to stop calling us and telling them there is no business at this address and they are ignoring our requests. Always an Asian, usually male, voice.
