Claims direct...... regarding recent accident .... Pointed out to them that by storing my information without my consent and cold calling me is illegal and advised they should remove all traces of me from their database and I will be reporting this company. This is the second time in a week they have called even after I requested they remove mt details on the last call. Guy got very edgy pleading with mr not to report this and apologised.

This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). He quoted, correctly both my mobile number and my house phone number. Told me that the account would be frozen. Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. They are actually a very friendly and knowledgeable company.
Seems dodgy because they pretend to be your supplier in order to get your meter readings but they do in fact work for just most if not all of the major energy suppliers and are totally legit
