Holly Baldwin, Silvershine Services called my mobile today, asking about the accident I had just had. Asked where she got my number she said Road Traffic Accident Department which obviously is twaddle, or there own internal RTA department. When pressed repeatedly about the department she put the phone down. Shame, I was just getting warmed up.

I keep getting calls to my work phone - so annoying. We are a front line service for abused and vulnerable people within the West Midlands. Their calls are disruptive to our business.

When I pointed out that I don’t have Sky and enquired if this was another Indian call centre scam call the guy calmed me a MotherF****er and a C*** and several more expletives. Had a call from this number today firstly on my mobile which I managed to reject. It immediately then rang my landline which I didn t answer. Who are these people and how did they get my mobile number? When you ring the number back they don t identify themselves and ask you to leave a message. Sounds very dodgy so be aware.
