This phone number called my landline at 6:15am on a week day morning. Upon phoning it back it was constantly engaged even though I tried it off and on all day and even before I went to bed it was still engaged.

I ve been on holiday for a couple of days. upon my return if found my answering machine with 26 calles from this number. no one ever speaks.

i called back and it was the money shop trying to explain that there is a new government plan to help clear 70 percent of your debts.

3 phone calls in 3 days from this no. Having searched this site and others to read reports of Windows scams etc. I decided to answer this one. An Asian man asked if I was Miss Christine. I said "Who? Who s calling?" He hung up, I didn t for another 3 minutes, so presumably prevented him from bothering someone else. Reporting to ICO.

Rang around 10:00am no message left. No idea.

Thanks to posts on here I can safely block this number... It might be genuine... still cold-calling, infringing on me & my time... and I don t need a hearing aid!

I have had numerous calls advising me on different problems to be corrected by phoning another number for instructions. We can have 3 or more calls in one day regardless of the ...

Answered the call and it was a civil servant helping me with my benefit payments. Perhaps others would rather not hear from the DWP(!) but if you re expecting a call as I was then it s probably best to accept it.
