called from above number, and left part of a message stating that they would call again in the future, leaving a telephone number of 0208 254 7038.

It was a callback from a company that replaces carbon monoxide units. 
nI called the 0800 number that was written on the unit, left a voicemail. 
nThis is a safe number

This fone number appears to be a paypal fraud scam do not reply to texts

when I didn't answer this unknown to me number after 1 minute it suddenly changed to International and rang for another minute

Got an unsolicited call from this number. Did not pick up the phone but dialled 1471 to find out the number that had called me. Turned out to be Solution Marketing of Nottingham so I have complained to the TPS with whom my landline is registered.

A woman cold-called asking about my "recent accident". There hadn t been one. She was fishing for information, but one wonders where she got the phone number. Their number is now blocked.
