SCAM - They claim to be National Insurance reporting that you've had a case of identity theft. The voice is automated but the number is obviously a persona/basic phone number.
Didnt answer call but they called me 7 times in a row leaving a voicemail with people just talking in the ackground - Not sure who they are or what they want and they are constant calling almost everyday

As usual the dirty filthy packies have changed their number again, they basically call you, tell you your pc is fucked which how could they low? Seriously! If you fall for this your deserve it! After you give them access to it, they use it to do various illegal activities including stealing your identity, credit card numbers anything they can salvage and after that it becomes part of a network of pcs used to hack and generally cause havoc. SCAM Automated message said it was Inland Revenue and that I hadn't paid my taxes. To avoid a court date and possible jail time press 1 to speak to an agent. A trace says the number originates in Russia. No chance I believe any of that rubbish.
SCAM Very rude gentleman claiming to be from BT and asking me to access a website because of a (non-existent) change to my Internet connection. Became aggressive and clueless when I asked him to prove his identity, before giving up easily. Come on, guys, you're not even *trying* to be convincing any more! Amateur.
This number has been calling intermittently for months. Really annoying! I think I've managed to have it re-directed to my junk voice mail.

Timeshare platinum weeks. Out of date information quoted, probably from other organisations or companies. Seems to have a database out with data protection laws/ no protection from GDPR, and information shared or sold by others. Cold called without permission, TPS not checked and seems to use a mass computer calling system as have had lots of dead calls from same number.

Just had a phone call as above stating that HRMC were taking a lawsuit out on me. Yet another scam !!
This is a new, and weird, one for me. Called my landline but disconnected when I picked up (now they know this is a live number,,,damn!!). No message left so I'll never know if I have been left millions of pounds from an unknown benefactor who needs me to handle his money, for a small fee, to help them evade paying local taxes or being claimed by a fictional Government department.
The people on the other end of this phone have confirmed by letter they are delivering me a phone on 23rd August 2012 and that my current phone will be switched off on 26th. I am now receiving phone calls telling me I am entitled to a free upgrade and cheaper phone rate. I have told them several times now over five days that this is already sorted and I am now still receiving phone calls. Everytime I try to answer to speak to them the phone goes down so I don t get to speak to them. Anymore and I will c

Unknown, just ignored!
The call from this number was supposedly from BT saying my landline was to be cut off. I checked with my provider who confirmed this was a scam call as none of my service is from BT. My provider has referred the number to their specialist department for investigation.

If this company calls, it is an unsolicited sales call, tell them you will raise an invoice for wasting your time and if they don t pay will see them in small claim court.
