Melville consultants visited my company saying they could appeal and reduce our business rates. The person who visited was Peter John. He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor. After researching it turns out anybody can put an appeal it takes a few minutes -the whole thing is a complete scam avoid at all costs. I was called at 7.00am,715 am,7.45 am and 815am on 27th december on the last call I answered its a foreign call centre claiming to be BT and that I have a fault with my broadband and can I switch my computer on. I put the phone down. Who do I report these
Call from Paki Pete of BT saying that there was a problem with my computer and very aggressively demanded my credit card number! When I told Paki Pete that I pay by direct debit and that I did not believe he was from BT he then said he was from Microsoft!
