Totally unnecessary attitude to customers. I had a 5 minute call where they failed to hang up but left me a message on an answerphone - I think I heard the F word three times, and had to put up with poor singing too!

Missed call, no idea who they are.

I just had a call from them & never picked it up. Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. I was told to renew my Amazon Prime account forthwith or my bank account will be debited automatically. Interestingly I do not have an Amazon account.

On checking with O2 the above number and caller WAS a genuine call from O2. Apologies O2.

Keep on ringing from numbers- vanquis. I dont have nothing to do with them n still they call coupple of times a day!

No name given, asking for an unknown person, then requested address details.

I received a call from them which involved a woman shouting with the sound or children in the background. They hung up when I said "Hello". I have blocked them. Very unprofessional, even for scammers.

Automatically left an answerphone message, blathering on about PPI.
