Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1622370xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing - classical accident chasers, RTA. Just block it if not interested
I googled the number as I had a missed call from them. Second time they called I asked how they know my name and I told them to take my details off their list as I googled their no and I know they are fraud. He became very very rude and hang up on me. He wants to collect money asking if you applied for a loan. Be very careful
