Melissa called twice saying that they needed to check the insulation in our loft because we had it done under the government scheme (we didn't) and now the regs had changed and it needs to be checked.When I told her that I'd done it myself about 35 years ago and wasn't going to have anything else done, she said she'd alter the information on the database. Sounded like a genuine company though unfortunately I didn't get their name so can't report them for a cold call as I would usually.

Just been called from this number - thought it was a real human at first, but then realised it was some sort of semi-automated system, pretending to interact with my replies.
