It claims to be "EVRI", wanting to reschedule a parcel delivery... I'm not expecting any parcel, so I'm sure it's just another one of the vast amount of scams that are going around. Apparently it's an O2 network mobile number "(+447759916871)", in the Manchester area. Paid number I ended the phone call after 2mins to then get a text saying I’ve reached my spend cap, do not call or answer to this number!!!!!
Call today supposed to be from BT telling me my IP address was public and hey would make it private. 2 men in what sounded like a room full of people spoke to me. I sked where the were calling from and they gave me an actual BT address in London. I asked the guy if he was Indian and yes he was. I told him the 1st person I spoke with was India too. I asked him if this was a scam. I then heard someone say drop the connection. So looks like a scam to me.

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. Caller said name was Mick from Petronagroup. Called from London 02080973588. Tried to get me to download Anydesk App (giving them remote access). I said no to that! My opinion DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH PETRONAGROUP - they lost my money (£250 and were forever asking for more funds to invest). Then they closed my account so that I could no longer Log in. I have been arguing with Fabio, Martin at Petronagroup via WhatsApp for refund and believe this a scam that I will now report to ActionFraud.

This a scam number ......it is supposed to be from Barclays fraud centre......I got a text saying can I confirm a payment being asked for ....if not call this number .....I havant even got a Barclays account.
They rang us up claiming there was a money withdrawal from one of my parents' bank cards or £8000, even though after checking no withdrawals were made.

Couldn't make out the company they claimed to be from, was very noisy but sounded like a foreign call centre. When I repeatedly but politely asked them to confirm who they were calling from and not getting it I was called a "stupid person". I believe they may have been claiming to be from a mobile phone company.
Keep getting calls from thus number. It is a local number in my area but when you answer you get an automated (spam) Amazon message.
