Someone called withheld claiming I’d rung them then text me abuse using their number. Not rung anyone or have any idea who it is.
If you ring back someone answers and says "the caller knows you are. "The caller knows you are waiting please ring back" This doesn't make sense but it may cost you money.DO NOT RING THE NUMBER IT'S A SCAM

Number phoned our business 3 times. Silent call each time. Have googled the number and it says it belongs to a Charity known as the Victorian Institute, registered with the government. Phoned the number back and it is lady who apologies saying that she has been trying to tell EE this is happening but they do not believe her.
Told them a few times that I'm too busy with work to trade. They didnt seem to take it as an answer. After repeating it a few times, they simply hung up. No goodbye. Very rude. Wish there was an app I could install on my landline!
