These people have called me several times in the past few days and I picked up was saying hello for a couple of minutes before they asked for me by my surname (how they got this I want to know) and then proceeded to tell me they were wanting to ask me a survey on my home insurance. when I told them I do not own a home I live with my mum (im 23 years old) and therefor do not have home insurance the guy was like oh oh ok. Called this morning just before 8.30 am. As the number was unrecognised it was allowed to go to the answering machine. The call was terminated almost immediately.

Claiming to be from Sky Broadband Tech Department. Had a pronounced Asian accent. When challenged that he wasn’t really ringing from Sky, he ended the call.
Missed the call, no voicemail left but cannot call it back, automated voice tells me the number is recognised. Consider suspicious.

01723788922 automated call at 3:24pm today, caller said they were from B.T. and that they were going to disconnect me as there was evidence of somebody tapping in to my network, and if I wanted to speak to them to press 1. At this point I blocked the call as I am not with B.T. so I knew it was a spam caller.

Text message claiming to be Royal Mail telling me I had an unpaid shipping fee of £2.99. If not paid, pacel will be returned to sender. Not expecting anything to arrive, looks like they've set up a pretty legimitate looking royal mail data collection website which could be used against you.
