Recorded message about the 'Green Deal' funding scheme, selling replacement windows. This company repeatedly harasses me with these messages from different numbers, despite me being registered with TPS and BT's Call Protect. I always report the calls to Ofcom - about time action was taken to shut them down.
Possibly an energy supplier touting for business, according to reports on other sites.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. A recorded message advising me to answer the call or ring back, otherwise I would be facing criminal proceedings. I just blocked the number.
This number calls me almost everyday and I have never answered it. Will report this to commissioner. Gauging from the other comments on this site, this number ceased being reported since April, it seems to be active again.
