SCAM Fraud A computer voice informed me that HMRC was going to arrest me if I didn't press "1" to connect to them. Not sure what would have happened if I had followed the instructions, but this is a nasty fraud all the same.

Just had a call from this number no one talked on the other end phoned back and it was a recorded message saying the number is from a outside the UK company spoofing there number and we should report this matter to ofcom

However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks. Had call from this no and went to VM. Listened back to my voicemail and sounds like a call centre, a male is talking in a different language for 2 mins until he realises he has left me the voice message then hangs up. Be interesteing to hear what hes been saying....
They are calling people saying that your National Insurance number may be cancelled because it was found suspicious for some illegal activities and you may be arrested. Then they ask you to hold on the line to speak with one agent and then they are going to request for money to clean your name.
