After coming back from a weekend Break .The above number was on my missed calls so I called the number but the person on the other end puts the phone down
SPAM Three calls today (so far) from this number. I did not pick up, having seen elsewhere that the phone block 188321 is operated by AQL Wholesale Ltd, and I was not expecting a call from them. Their trade mark seems to be to call three or four times a day if you don't answer. Others report, energy relief, loft insulation and property assistance as reason for the calls.

I asked where he was calling from but couldn’t understand what he said, put him on loudspeaker and asked again and no one in my office could understand what he said? Had a call off this number. A woman said hello and then put the phone down. I'd say it's another one of these scam calls where they expect you to call back and then you get charged. These types of scams are becoming a regular occurrence.
