This is a hoax .... say they are from currys and PC world... they offer upgrade on your phone, 1 week on no new phone canceled card payment and direct debit, phoned again today soon as they heard my voice they hung up, I've been keeping the line busy for the past 2 hours .... got nothing better to do. I got a call this a recorded message saying that it was from HMRC and they had sent a letter to me which had been returned to them and they were about to start a prosecution against e and I should press the 1 keg to speak to an agent. I immediately hung up. This is an old scam which is apparently still doing the rounds.
