Voice at other end said he was calling about a problem with my "Virgin Media broadband". I don't have Virgin Media broadband to told him to piss off! Call center: Lady saying she wanted to ask questions about my general household. The line was awful and I couldn't understand what she was asking me. I believe she may have said something about my washing machine, but can't be 100% certain. I put the phone down as she was too hard to understand and the line was very quiet.
