I doubt they are who they said they are as if it was them they would have stated my full name as well as the crime I apparently have done... stay away from this number as they could very well hack your phone if you agree to press 1 to stay on the line ...

I happen to have a fault so nearly fell for it, tried to get me to download a programme which would have infected my computer and obtained bank details.
