They claimed to have a file on me which said I had been involved in an accident in the last two and half years. This is untrue. They refused to tell me how they got the file. I am registered with the Phone Marketing preference service, so their call was illegal. Who will prosecute them?

Sent me a text message a few days ago asking Miss XYZ to forward her documentation! I texted back to say they d got a wrong number but apparently their number doesn t recieve text messages, although it does seem to be able to send them! This number called me today and then hung up as soon as I answered! Cabot - I have had any dealings with you so please check who you are messaging and calling in future!
Just been called by this number to inform me my emails are being used by someone in the usa and if I follow his instructions through my computer we can solve this together. Bloody nice chap! However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks. Scam scam scam. Computer voice said it was from HMRC and I need to press 1 to pay some money regarding a fraud in my name. If I don't then I would have the police coming round for my arrest. Was very laughable because it had no details about me. Just hang up people.

I have had a number of missed calls from this number and decided to check it out online, as when I call it back there is no voicemail and it just disconnects. I know realise it s another company asking me to make a claim. I have had numerous calls from these company s. And have told them all I cannot claim. Called to say I had been working in a factory in Blackburn and had health issues. I asked what details they hold and specify the health issues - they could only confirm the name and mobile number. Very rude person & called back numerous times.
It is from Sandwell and Birminghan Hospitals surgical waiting list team. However the number cannot receive return calls they can only make outgoing calls from it.
