I asked where he was calling from but couldn’t understand what he said, put him on loudspeaker and asked again and no one in my office could understand what he said? this number called my private line very late, almost 10pm but when answered they failed to speak, probably because I have strongly objected to unsolicited calls before this. I have joined the no unsolicited calls group but they still get past that.

The bar doesnt exist in stated location. Number was used in a german car website fo "buying" a car with "Zertified Scheck"... Guy even introduces himself as the "succesful businesman" with "2 lovely children" as it has anything to do with personal assistance job :)
