Call back from cab company confirming your cab has arrived.

Had a call the same. Asian scam merchants but could here prayers in the background. Some Muslim outfit scamming. Claiiming to be PPI Insurance claim numbers asking for UKCash Vouchers.

Surely to goodness someone, somewhere, has got to put a stop to this. Who is paying for all these claims? Us, in our high insurance costs of course. It is pissing me off, big time. Stop phoning me - I was not hurt, but it is getting to the point where perhaps I should claim just to stop these calls. Two bleeding years I have been fending off these damned nuisance calls.

One ring: not even enough time to get my phone out of my pocket. I might (anonymously) call them back next time I am feeling bored........

This number called a few times, lets your phone ring once and hangs up. As usual they want you to call back.....

This number keeps on ringing me. The first time I got a call from this number I had my phone on silent as I was at work. When I tried to ring them back it says that it is not a valid number. I have not answered this number since I have no idea who they are and why I cannot call them back. Seems very suspicious to me. If you get one I would advise you do not answer.

Got this call today, pension, under 60, £1,000 blad blad blad, total scam and I just hung up, checked the map where the call might come from and it shows a street called Lloyd St. in Manchester, near, in or beside a pub called the Old nags head.

Automated voice message saying from fraud department about illegal activity on phone. After personal details when challenged they hung up.

Claimed to be from Carfone Warehouse, poor English spoken and when challenged as to why they were asking what mobile phone I had, they said, "Oh God ..." and hung up. ...

Caller claiming to be from Microsoft Yahoo wanted to check something relating to my Yahoo Local business listing that required I was at a computer. I m out of the office so they said they would call back later. Sounds like a scam.

3 calls last week. What I found out is. This number can be from a company which install remote software on your computer and will trigger a crash and ring you at the same time to fix it. Pests!

*SCAM* This phone number came up as International on my caller ID and claimed to be Ofcom saying our internet would be cut due to lack of payment.

THEY JUST DON T STOP RINGING CONSTANTLY EVERY DAY!!
