Smiths glass/window company are the absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Since trusting them to supply & fit new Windows (they couldn t even measure correctly so bad decision) they have rung numerous times to try and sell us some more shoddy gear. Phoned the number back and it is lady who apologies saying that she has been trying to tell EE this is happening but they do not believe her.
