I have the exact same issue as anonymous. They have taken £89 and the bank can’t do anything about it! Scam
I did not catch the firm name, but they claimed to have been passed a file with details of a road accident I was involved in recenrly. When I told them I had not been in one, they asked if anyone in my household has. They got my mobile number from somewhere and are clealel chancing it on the basis that I may have been one, or worse still, possibly wanting me to make one up, so they can take on my cases.
