AS with other comments caller wanted to speak to our MD about a urgent financial matter that couldn t be discussed with anyone else. Tasha at CFS business recovery. An obvious giveaway for these types of calls is to ask them to spell the company name phonetically. If they use other words that are not the standard phonetic alphabet then they haven t received the training a proper company would give. CFS was spelt out Charlie, Freddie, Sugar by the caller not Charlie, Foxtrot, Sierra.

Claims they are from some housing association what to know if there is damage to your property. When I asked where did they get my number from they mumble some national something. when I said they don't have my number they said all they need to know if my house is damaged. I said they don't even know if my property privately owned. Then they hanged up.

SCAM automated call! This number called - I didn't answer as I didn't recognise it. My voicemail picked up part of an automated recorded message, seemed to be telling me to press 1 or my National Insurance number would be 'switched off' and I would no longer be able to use it.
