Telephone rings, silence, then the phone is disconnected. Very annoying. I am with telephone preference service!!

Have phone twice now to a company and both times hung up. Some of us have work to do stop wasting peoples time

Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). Rang, following up sending out a brochure I had requested. very polite & courteous. I explained I wanted to wait until into next Spring Time as I have to decide whether to Sell the house & Move , or Stay & Improve . Asked me whether I would like a call back then, I said yes!

Accidentally clicked their ad when trying to find Direct Line on the net. Realised half way through completing their form so closed the browser. 10 mins later phone call received. I hadn t even pressed submit!! Anyway, number blocked, won t be bothered by these chancers again.

American person saying your call is important to us .... straight to the voice no ringing and no company name .

I answered this number with my name and rank and the caller hung up. When I called back the number had incoming call restrictions. Nature of the call is now know to me.
