Called three days in a row. Asked for company director by name, who happened to be the person who d answered the call. Then asked if the company has any dept with HMRC and about cash flow. Director stated that cash flow was fine and politely ended the call. Felt untrustworthy. Possibly looking to offer loans etc.

Absolute SCAM, the company is registered as being dissolved since April 2018 with Companies House, she was aggressive and patronising in her manner, and kept asking if I knew what I was talking about, she only stopped when I told her that my bank was involved and they d found the company had no gambling license as well.

Hi Ive just rung the number I read above - 0207 1750125. I spoke to a man called ~Barry who said that I had applied for a loan. When I said I had applied for a loan but whenever it comes up I have to pay I dont persue the application. He then said that it was a for a "membership" not a loan. I told him I had no idea what he was talking about as I had not spoken to anyone about "memberships etc" and I had not given my card details to anyone. HMRC scam, voicemail left a robotic voice, stating that my name was on the HMRC fraud list and I must press 1 to get connected, if I fail to press one a warrant would be issued for my arrest and officers would arrest me shortly.

Not sure what replying STOP will actually do but I m not risking it, just delete the message and hope I don t get any more - this is the first spam text I ve had on a long-held number.
