The lady basically said that my fibre-glass wool loft insulation is no longer valid and they in my area tomorrow doing surveys in the neighbouring roads. Fraud, claiming my national insurance number has been compromised or something along the lines. It's a robotic female voice, not an actual caller. Don't trust them, if something like that happens, HMRC would send you a letter, maybe an ufficial email, not call you from a private phone number!
