It is British Gas so genuine but I was trying to buy boiler servicing online and they called me during my set up. I was quite surprised. He then proceeded to try and get me to do the same on the phone BUT I preferred to do on the website for safety so declined. When I returned to finish the online forms it just redirected me to call them. I was so annoyed at manipulation I didn’t call them
A woman claiming to be calling about energy research and deals available to us. We've been called many times by such companies who usually want to send round 'an energy assessor' for cavity and loft insulation. When I asked if it was a cold call and that we were registered with TPS, she said not at all so that wouldn't apply to her call (blatantly untrue). She feigned innocence very well and hung up - no doubt we will be called by them again, that's this kind of company's MO.

This company is driving me mad!!! They call me constantly and despite telling them continuously to leave me alone they continue to call! They keep asking if I have worked in industry and want to claim for an injury - but I have never worked in industry! I have no idea where they got my contact details from but their data is clearly VERY inaccurate. Yet another bogus claims company claiming to be something they are not and one that clearly does a very bad job of it!! Give it up and leave me the hell alone
