this is definitely betvictor who have called a number of times now to help me. It seems to be a customer service number as apposed to a marketing number.

Answered call and it just dropped silently after a few seconds - clearly a broken autodialer for some kind of telemarketer or similar. Google Caller ID said location was Bamburgh and I don't know anyone from there.

I agree with other comments. They had my name and address (when they should not have). I was stupid enough to confirm this. they ask you do you have a car, make/brand of car, and other products you may own. and some other lifestyle choice questions. I started saying "no comment" to every question and 5 questions later they hung up on me.

SCAM said they were Microsoft and there was unusual activity on my computer via internet. Explained that I’d not had my computer on for many months! He stated that it does not matter as ‘they’ can still access. Stated that I would contact Microsoft directly, he gave me another number, I was rumbled when I said I would call back and he asked for me to repeat the number, I’d not written it down!
