Called about card usage - not likely
Caller claimed to be representing blockchain.com claiming I had an account with them containing about £4,000.00 (I know that I have never had anything to do with cryptocurrency). I told them I knew this was a scam. They wouldn't stop pushing, so I played along a little. They then asked me to download Teamviewer. So they were either likely going to lock me out of my computer or attempt to steal my passwords. I gave the guy a serious roasting and hung up.
Company is DLC a debt company part of hillisden securities claiming we owe money when we don't but they keep ringing every day using different numbers

This is a scam - they claim to be HMRC (although he pronounced it HRMC!) and are asking for student tax to be paid. I told them that I am 16 and not working and therefore not eligible for tax. He - an Indian sub continent accented person - insisted I have to pay it until I informed him that I actually work for HMRC and this is a scam. He admitted it was and rang off. NOTE: I don't work for HMRC and I am not 16. BEWARE!!!!

This is a market research company called GSKNOP. I had daily hang up calls from them then eventually spoke to a human who wanted to do a 20 min financial questionnaire but gave me the Market Research Society phone number so I said if they didn t take my name/number off their data base that I d report them to the MRS. I haven t heard from them since.

Apparently, according to recorded voice, the National Crime Agency are going to suspend my National Insurance number and arrest me. This is unlikely. This is the only one of 4 unknown calls from Vodafone numbers I have answered in the last couple of days but suspect all of the same ilk.

Phillipino woman who will try to scam and rob you of your money
Called today by someone claiming to be from HMRC (0141 2284991) regarding tax payment (they knew the details!) and claiming an arrest warrant / judicial court case if not paid today. Was passed to someone called Victoria, claiming to be from the NRA who later called back on a London number (0207 2382626). This is a scam. Do not pay anything and report to Action Fraud and HMRC. Needless to say when she called back about non payment and was challenged, she hung up!

Got called in Ireland from this number. Cancelled my Sky TV subscription because of the sheer amount of crap on it, repeats of stuff that has been repeatedly repeated on a repeating basis. Usual shite that I saw years ago is still being repeated and programmes from last week repeated again the following week or even the next night. Rubbish. 2 weeks ago I answered and a lady with very little knowledge in englsih talked to me. She could not say the company name or anything. I told her to delete my cell phone number completely and said I wasn t interested at all in anything she could say. Despite this that number has called me in average 2-3 times a day... for 2 weeks.. As there is no company name to be told - I suspect they re nothing but hackers.. But can t say for sure.
