I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Caller, from Indian sub-Continent by his voice, said that he was calling from BT Open Reach - told him that I did not believe him, hung up and blocked number.
This number said that they are investigating my financial activity, and an arrest warrant has been issued and to click 1 to find out more... Which I did NOT do.... Plod should be investigating this instead of hounding people doing 31 in a 30mph zone!!!

Just checked my own number out of curiosity, nothing bad ofc but I'm confused as to why it says its registered to the British embassy in Moscow.
SCAM Call started with a oversees transaction of 600 pound has been attempted was this you giving you the option of saying yes or no. I stated no and was placed to a oversees call centre claiming to be from the Halifax. I stopped the call and told him I will call Halifax direct. He started to say no I am with the Halifax and I ended the call. After contacting Halifax I was told to block the number as it is indeed a scam call. Good luck out there all.

A guy with an Indian accent and poot English spoke but I simply hung up as I have never, ever had any dealings with the RBOS in my entire life so there is no reason for them to call.
