Automated call. Says some nonsense about avoiding the call will result in magistrates action then gives you a refererence number which is probably: 2019-2101-t9. It states it so quickly, I can't be sure if 100% correct. If it were important then it wouldn't be coming from a mobile! Either way, then says "press 1 to speak to an officer". I didn't.

Both the numbers 03332202550 and 01133 346537 are scam numbers NewDay Ltd and NewDay UK Ltd and Ne3 (and many other companies often registered at the same address may well be genuine registered companies. HOWEVER the name NewDay Ltd and other versions of the name are being fraudulently used by criminal parties to obtain money for non-existent depts. I think this is a SKY sales pitch. They are extremely persistent. They have called many, many times. Eventually I asked them not to call my mobile again. Caller hung up.
Just spend an hour on the call with them about HMRC fraud against my name. Fraudsters get more and more convincing... 'Legal adviser' transferred me to another number which was looked like a legitimate number of The Royal Courts Of Justice (02079477772). That was fun to talk to them. I even call them back asking for address, so I can come over to them (after lockdown ends) and deliver money in a suitcases. For some reason they hanged up...
