SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. Nuisance telemarketing call telling lies that they have recently conducted a survey and can reduce our business rates. Called repeatedly despite having our number registered with the TPS and asking to be removed from their database. Unprofessional, rude and pushy.
Did not reach phone in time but when I dialled 1471 all I got was a blank tone so don't know who it was.
