As per the comment they made on the 8th Dec 2016 to "hannah" makes me think how many friends do they really want to make. I told them I hadn t been in one and that they d been given the wrong information. They hung up on me without even as much as a goodbye. Number blocked.

The Caller is Fast Track PPI Claims which is a Company involved in handling PPI Claims. They are genuine - I used a link on Facebook to their site to request a pack, which I got within a few days. They keep calling because I am yet to fill out the paper work (Decided to do it myself)

.Harassing Cold call . Trying to sell roof insulation. Do I buy from harassing cold callers??? Nope! Knew our name and address. Asked him where he got details - said from database but could not say what. Told him should at the minimum his company should be vetting against telephone preference service. Asked him to remove our details from his database to comply with current GDPR rules. Kept him talking for a good 10 minutes to stop him harassing others during that time
