American voice , computerised, talKing about time limited need to respond. Indistinct voice but threatening. I did not reply but will report this number as presumably a scam

A rare one to slip through the net - somehow I just knew it would be a pest caller when I saw the number - sure enough an Indian woman asked for me by name and then caused the call to fail by saying the words "How are you today" - there s no surer way to send a call south than to utter those words.

Call from Paki Pete of BT saying that there was a problem with my computer and very aggressively demanded my credit card number! When I told Paki Pete that I pay by direct debit and that I did not believe he was from BT he then said he was from Microsoft!

SCAM - Automated call saying a criminal case had been opened against me.
Received a call on my mobile from an Asian woman with a very thick accent from a technical department who are "wanting to fix my internet". Despite asking several times to confirm where she was based, I received the same response "wanting to fix my internet". I told her "what a load of b******s" and she put the phone down. I presume from the number they are based in Asia, but connected to a UK phone number.
