Scam about refunds for solar panels
I received this phone call at 6-02 on the 16/06/22. This was the second one I had in the last couple of days saying they had a delivery for me from the Range. The asked was I Lorna Davies and was she my granddaughter. How did they know how old I was??
It shows as Bex-Alaram and Security on the Samsung Phone, but when I called them back it was bOnline
George called trying to sell me audio I didnt want it but he was polite enough I looked at their web page which appears to be perfectly legitimate Just a sales call
They called me pretending to be Windows support stating my ID had been compromised. They were very convincing. Got me to share laptop using Anydesk and also got me to run a WIN+r function. After they didnt call back as promised realized i had been scammed.

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. Received call from unknown number. Sounded like someone driving. He could really hear me. Decided it was a miss-dial, as there was no call back.

SCAM! Pretending to be a mobile company saying I was selected for a mobile upgrade. Then started requesting details from me that they should have on file. When I pointed that out, he pretended he didn't have access because a different department has access to such details. He did NOT greed me by name. IF he would have been legit, he'd have my name and know who he was calling.
Paid number Fraud SPAM SCAM - received a missed call and no voicemail. Dialled back as was expecting a different call, yet got charged an automatic premium rate without an answer.
SPAM checking on Google the number appears to belong to Niagra Heathcare in Crawley. There is no reason for them to be calling me, we rarely use our landline and would not have given out this number.
