SCAM said it was from emissions department of DVLA calling about a previous vehicle I owned

SCAM. Claimed to be Vodafone calling to upgrade my phone. I don't have a Vodafone contract. Hung when I said so.

Crackly call allegedly from Microsoft. Scam

Came in a scam email pretending I'd ordered a camera from Target Inc. for £129.99 via PayPal. This is the "customer service number" you have to call to cancel the order. Hovering over the email address (Laverne D Lee) reveals it's from [email protected]

Automated message claiming that financial transactions had been made on my card this morning. Press x to authorise etc. The message did not give the name of any bank or organisation.

Scam attempt. Ignore, report then block.

False number used for phishing, information theft, harassment

This is a removals company I used to move that scammed me over £1000. They operate under the names Riight Moves Removals and previously Royale Removals, the owner being Sat Singh.

A man rang from this number, I think he said from PAC - had my name and said I had been advised by a financial adviser to move my pension. When I asked where he got this information, he said from Pensionwise. As far as I am aware Pensionwise do not have such information. I said I had not seen a financial advisor or been advised to move my pension. The man was very polite and rang off. I was suspicious and think it could have been a dangerous if I had shared financial info.

Called twice to say unauthorised transactions were being made, then asked to select options

The caller was an Indian man who knew my name, but refused to tell me his name or which company he is calling on behalf of. He hung up after I told him I will take legal action against unsolicited and junk calls.

This number is from scammers in Birmingham wanting your bank details to repay you home appliance warranty overpayments that do not exist. Usually get three to four calls per week from same people using different numbers. They tell you that you have overpaid and they are from the refund department and can only pay your refund directly into your bank account DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS. Recorded message claiming to be from Bank Security about two large with drawls from my accounts. I have had the same call but from different numbers in the recent past. Complete and utter SCAM.

Don't know who called me from this number. I jumped out of bed when the phone rang but I didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number. It was 7:36 am ffs! Even the sun was still in bed where I live in Greater Manchester and I do't even know where Thanet is, never mind why someone from there would be phoning me at an ungodly hour. I highly suspect this was a scam call.

I knew straight away they were scammers so washed their time for 15-20 mins asking why the text "they" had sent told me not to give them the code they wanted. They said they needed to verify I owned this number but couldn't tell me why this was neede
