This Message claimed to be from Disney Plus. out of interest i checked on my pc and mcafee highlighted as dangerous scammers.
SCAM Took a few seconds to connect, did the classic ‘beep’ and then a computer-generated northern England accent greeted me with, “Hello, you’re through to Gabby. I’m your local energy advice provider. I understand you’re the home owner?” Block.
Answered and chatting in background, obviously a call centre. They hung up without speaking to me.
Said from Three mobile but refused to use my name or passphrase. Obviously a scammer because he kept talking over the top of me even when I told him that genuine callers treat customers with respect!

Second call in 2 days. Appears to be An Amazon Prime scam. Delay on the phone line, then message kicked in regarding renewal of Amazon Prime and to press button 1 to speak to service manager. Hung up as I don’t have Amazon Prime.

Received this call today. It came approximately 30 minutes after a call from a Cambridge number 01223 931995. The Cambridge number went dead on answering. The 01330 563426 number allowed me to answer, and an automated message said it was the HMRC and that I would be fined. You could press 1 to talk to an agent. I hung up. You cannot ring back. Male on this number rattled off who he was too quick to understand who he was representing. Then with quite assertiveness started to ask me personal questions about my property. I refused to answer any of his questions and phone was disconnected.
