02392 910896 number called saying he (indian sounding - and partially broken english) was from Sky (my ISP) asking if I noticed flucktuating BB speeds. I said no, and he went on to tell me why they were. Argued that they wern't. I asked him if he knew that I was suffering from slower internet speeds from what I was paying, then (as he was from Sky) he should be able to tell me what internet speeds I should be getting. Would not tell me what they wanted, they said it was in regards to a debt but would not let me continue the call without giving them my full address which I refused obviously. Would not tell me the nature of the debt either.

I don't know who it was but they rang early Saturday morning and woke me up, its very annoying they had hung up by the time I got to the phone!! When the phone rings at 8am I automatically worry its something wrong with an elderly relative, I suppose I should be glad it wasn't!!!

The Trust Deed People they may claim to be. But ask yourself this question. How many Trust Deeds have they realistically administered? What other alternatives will they suggest? How much will they make from your case? Is a company based in England familiar with the nuances of Scottish insolvency? Always do your research. Good luck to you whatever you decide.

He then checked my name and address and was going to transfer my to his manager to take my payment details! What a load of rubbish and a scam!
