Internet - Claimed to be calling from open reach to assist with poor upload / download speeds claiming it was due to my router but they didn't even know what router I had! I explained that if they wanted to find the problem that they should send an engineer to the telephone pole opposite where the cover had been off for about 12 months and where the wires were open to the elements. I hung up before the lady could offer to sell something to put it right !

As per the comment they made on the 8th Dec 2016 to "hannah" makes me think how many friends do they really want to make. SCAM. Probably from the same source as 1656737322, a call to my landline. The well spoken, but recorded voice, told me that two suspicious transactions had been noted on my account (no introduction as to who she represented) and that I should take one of two actions. Either press "1" to cancel them or "2" to speak to a service advisor. I left the call open for ten minutes but there was no further communication from the caller. Why Bridgend exchange? I have no idea.
